Returns for Unused and Undamaged Items:

*If the item you received is unused, unworn, unwashed, and untampered within 15 days of the delivery date, you are eligible for a full refund.
*To initiate the return process, please contact our customer support at info@karamshopy.com with your order number and details. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning.

Incorrect Product Sent:

*If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, please notify us within 15 days of the delivery date.
*We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you, and you can return the incorrect item at our expense.
*To facilitate the exchange process, please contact our customer support at info@karamshopy.com with your order number and details.

Damaged and Defective Product:

*We carefully inspect our products and pack them with the utmost care, but defects may occasionally occur.
*If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product.
*We will promptly exchange the damaged or defective item with a new one at no additional cost to you.
*For quick assistance, provide our customer support with your order number, details, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.
*IMPORTANT: Some of our textile products are handmade, and as a result, there may rarely be minor imperfections that are difficult to detect with the naked eye. This is a common situation for hand-embroidered products. Returnable damages include stains, tears in the product, or paint mixing issues.

Note:

*The products received by us will be inspected, and if no issues are detected, the return process will be initiated promptly. Once the product is returned, a refund will be processed according to the original payment method.
* Returns will not be accepted for products that show signs of wear, washing, or tampering.
* All return and exchange requests must include the original packaging.
* Our goal is to make your shopping experience with Karam enjoyable. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our return policy, feel free to contact us at info@karamshopy.com.
* If your order included free shipping and the return makes the total amount fall below the free shipping limit, we will only refund the product price and subtract the shipping cost. For example, if you buy a product worth 120 euros from Spain and return an item worth 30 euros, your new total will be 90 euros. Since you no longer meet the free shipping requirement, the shipping cost will be deducted from the 30 euros, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
